What's up Wednesday? #3 - Getting unstuck
Hi everyone!
I recently discovered this awesome growth path called "Getting Unstuck", created by @7motivation, and want to share it with you. One thing I find so helpful and inspiring about 7cups community paths is that they are super convenient. Each time that I open the 7cups app, I could do one "step" or activity that helps me feel better, and there is a range of different free growth paths to choose from. I am so thankful to the people who've spent their time developing these tracks for us to use and benefit from daily!
Questions:
-Are you familiar with the 7cups community growth paths?
-Is there any track that you're currently doing, or community paths that you particularly like?
-What are you worrying about? Using the picture, and diagram above, is it helpful for thinking about the problems you're facing? Please feel free to share your obstacles if you want.

Hey lemon, thankyou for making this wonderful post for Wednesday haha!
I enjoy trying different growth paths too, these are all pretty amazing and insightful as well.
This is a nice one

-Are you familiar with the 7cups community growth paths? Sort of 😀
-Is there any track that you're currently doing, or community paths that you particularly like? I haven't got a chance to finish a growth path that I started quite a while ago, but I do intend to finish it someday, somehow.
-What are you worrying about? Using the picture, and diagram above, is it helpful for thinking about the problems you're facing? Please feel free to share your obstacles if you want. There is always something to worry about, but thankfully nothing unmanageable at the moment. My obstacle is perfectionism, where I have the ability to catastrophize almost everything, which is not uncommon with the combination of ADHD + INFJ (just my luck! xD), yet especially unhelpful because with ADHD, perfection is nearly impossible.
How to get unstuck: in short, I keep reminding myself that it is better to work with what I have than not trying. It is better done imperfectly than unfinished.
Yes, the diagram is useful. Thank you, Lemo! 💜

I love the growth paths too, the tips and knowledge is so simple yet profound and deeply insightful.
Thank you for sharing this 🙂

I am taking the management anxiety path. It is a important tool, I loved choosing one, it feel like a very nice way to follow a health goal daily.
Really enjoyed the worry tree, as I tend to feed my worries but find it difficult to act. My big worry now is getting a job but I have managed anxiety for now.

Hi, Lemonade,
Can you post a bigger pic of the growth path? Thanks.
