Referring back to the article for trust, I didn't understand if that was a point or a directive to find out yourself by reading the article.

@Cathylistens
Thank you for the feedback! The link to the article was proof in itself for trustworthiness. I could improve on that — thanks for mentioning it
@SoulfullyAButterfly The article I chose was “Powerful Ways To Improve Your Body Image- Discover key tips to be kind to your body”
3 Strengths noted were
1. It was written well, using words that were clear, concise and easy to read
2. It was informative and practicable but also radiated warmth, zero judgement and kindness
3. It was a long article, but was broken down into smaller paragraphs, each containing specific links, information and recommendations, which made it a pleasure to read
Expertise:
1. referencing real and current items such as a podcast by a body image coach Summer Innanen called Eat the Rules, it has a real valid reference individual to experts in the area;
2. There is a direct link to a page within 7 cups, link called self awareness but it brings you to a page named self reflection, however, there is no content on this page, but instead it leads to a path which links back to your page and you work through. Possibly clarity on this link would be good, as I was confused when there was little content and went back and forth before I discovered it opened a new path for me on a personal level. Good link but a little confusing.
Authority:
1. It was evident that research was done with references to a number of organisations such as Mental Health Foundation and the National Eating Disorders collaboration
2. A link to a valid study by Viren Swami, a professor of social psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, which references immersing yourself in nature that can give you liberation from self-esteem issues stemming from poor body image made it relatable and current.
Trust:
1. The bio gives a very human and real reveal of the writer ;
2. There are a number of hyperlinks to a number of areas on 7 cups including affordable therapists, the listeners area and community making it easy and welcoming for a person to move forward positively rather than having to search through the entire website
