Week 1: Cultivating a Growth Mindset

Day 1What's one small achievement or positive experience from today that made you smile?

Day 2 - Who inspires you with their strength and perseverance?

Day 3Share a quote or mantra that inspires you to keep pushing forward, even when faced with challenges.

Day 4 Describe a situation where you faced uncertainty or doubt. How did you navigate through it, and what did you discover about yourself in the process?

Day 5 + Weekend ActivityWatch this TED Talk Related to Growth Mindset: The power of believing that you can improve by Carol Dweck https://youtu.be/_X0mgOOSpLU?si=29oKmqtfn8CxGWOv. Write down/explore/share your reflections on the speaker's message and its potential impact on your life.

Week 2: Building Resilience

Day 1 What are some challenges you currently face in your life? Remember, we’re here to support you as you explore your wellbeing.

Day 2 List three personal strengths you possess that can help you overcome challenges.

Day 3Share a funny or uplifting story from your life that brought you joy or helped you overcome a challenge.

Day 4Think about someone who has overcome adversity. What qualities do you admire about their journey?

Day 5 (Weekend)Take a nature walk or spend time outdoors in a calming environment. Reflect on the sights, sounds, and sensations you experience during your time outdoors. If unable to spend some time in nature/outdoors, do something for self-care. How do these moments contribute to our resilience?

Week 3:  Celebrating Achievements and Setting New Intentions 


Day 1 - Reflect on a time you took a step outside your comfort zone. What did you gain from the experience?

Day 2What are some small changes you can make in your routine to promote personal growth?

Day 3 Think about a skill or hobby you've been wanting to explore. What steps can you take to incorporate more of this passion into your daily life?

Day 4 - Write a letter to your future self, acknowledging your growth and progress thus far. Set some goals and intentions for the future.

@SoulfullyAButterfly I made a phone call to ask questions about filing my father's final taxes. Seems like it wouldn't or shouldn't be a big deal but I really struggle with making phone calls

@mytwistedsoul Hi Soul, thank you for answering the prompt (please feel welcome to check into the chatroom too). I can so relate to this, I don't pick/place many calls too so can relate when I need to make inquiries or confirm online shopping deliveries! I'm just not used to it nor prefer phone calls. I'm proud of you for pushing through though

A mantra I've been using is 'hearing' when there's noise, and 'thinking' when my mind wanders.
