Paranoia episodes?

Sooo... I have schizophrenia, and I have these periods of paranoia. Where I think everyone is out to get me. Or well almost everyone. The worst of those is where I think I can't trust friends or family. Or even my therapist. I kinda isolate myself.

Any advice to kinda... snap out of it?

I'm currently taking anti-psychotics, but when I feel pressured or stressed my visual hallucinations and paranoia comes back.

Hi!

When we are stressed we can't think well. So, you can take deep breathes for a minute or two. It can be a stupid idea when someone says have a breath to calm down, but it truly helps. Until your blood gets regulated in your mind. Then, you can try journaling and writing your thoughts.
