Yeah I'm diagnosed with biopolar
I understand sometimes people get super violent but try to not let it get to ur head like for me yeah I lashed out on people and if the doctor give u meds u should probably take em but if not than dw overall most people let this thing get in thier head but we can all overcome it and eventually learn how to handle it 😄
@adaptiveKitty3412 Hey, sorry to hear this. Bipolar is a tough diagnosis- I was misdiagnosed with Bipolar last spring, so I spent a lot of time researching it and learning about it. How are the meds for you so far?
Oh I refused to take them and told my doctor I don't want them and I'm just overall doing my best to Handel when my emotions tend to get overpowering at times most times I'm always apologizing to people about my behavior since for my biopolar acts off when I'm mad or when I'm feeling really happy
@adaptiveKitty3412Â As long as you have the self-awareness to understand when you are manic and when you are in a depressive slump, I suppose you could try handling being bipolar without the help of stabilizing medication. Do you have people around you that could help make sure you don't make bad decisions when you are manic?
