What are the different levels/types of Autism?

I heard a lot about differences in level and type of autism I wondered what they are? I'm curious in what I may be. Any information I would be grateful for.

do not know types just know when diagnose they say i am level 2 and level 3 give different level for different part of diagnosis just don’t remember what means

Its hard too say for me. I think its like a spectrum, sometimes I can function alright, othertimes I can't function at all.
