Depression, Autism, learning disability, Functional Neurological Disorder, Goldenhar Syndrome, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Dissociation, Chronic Pain, and Basilar Invagination. (Basilar Invagination problem with spine and neck)

...See more Hello I'm new and I'm board. I'm autistic and have a learning disability. I need to move and be active but can't find a way. My minds here there everywhere. I can't focus on eating let alone TV or games. I'm board but can't focus enough be not board. I have mobility problems and am stuck I'm my room mostly all the time. I do have a wheelchair. I need to move, I need to move, I need to move! Anyone have any good ways to move with limted mobility?

...See more Hello I hope I done this right I'm bad with technical stuff. I'm here to get used to people and learn how to Socialise. I had a sheltered life and am new to Socialising generally. I have autism and learning disabilities so it can be hard to Socialise too. I got other conditions I'll dumb a list at the bottom for anyone who's interested. I hope to fine good groups and people so I'm not so lonely.
