If this is a first job it would most likely require some real interaction not just remote and online. 

I can appreciate needing a job and wanting to escape a bad situation and to function long term in life overcoming your anxiety may be your first large  hurdle. 

Many people i have talked with and dealt with who are often so scared of items ... until they try and no one in my life had something even come close what their fears were.... Once you venture out and deal with others it teaches you skills that could in fact improve your home situation.
