my last post was about germaphobia, but…
i feel better about the last thing i posted about (sort of) and i think i just need some supportive words or maybe some reassurance about germs not being that big of a deal?
I did not read your previous post but what always helped me was remembering that my body has an immune system that has been trained and needs to continue be trained to fight pathogens to stay healthy.
Taking vitamin supplements like Vit. C, D3 and Zink, Omega 3 Fatty Acids helped me a lot to not get sick or less severe symptoms.
Also if I practice regular common hygiene like washing my hands once before eating or after using the bathroom or any public place I will be fine and healthy.
Also avoiding contact with people who are obviously coughing around and being inconsiderate helped me feel less anxious.

Maybe it is worth noticing that your phobia, which should protect your from biological dangers, by overreacting may also be blocking you from tenderness and love, what might be disastrous for your wellbeing.
