Therapy tools that help reduce anxiety

A useful method I use to reduce anxiety was suggested to me by a CBT therapist. Imagine (visualise) the person who you trust and makes you happy standing next to you. This and other CBT little exercises reduce my anxiety not that it is eliminated but reduced.

Try inner hour app. Little activities and goals. Like homeworks. It helps me to calm down. Using for past 3 days.
