Rough evening
I am really struggling tonight. I'm so frustrated and it is paralyzing. I get scared that my husband will give up on me

I hope you're feeling a little better today. Why do you think your husband will "give up on you"? I'm sure he loves you unconditionally.

Sorry for the super late response but I appreciate your comment. I do feel he loves all of me but everyone has their limits. I've been given up on before so I think that adds to me pushing him away

I know that feeling. I find that you just have to open up in a way they can empathise. Tell him that you are trying your best and you believe you can get through it it just may take some time.

I have a deal with him that as long as I continue to recipe help from my therapist and psychiatrist that he has to try to understand even if he can't totally empathize

That's good. Sometimes there needs to be physical evidence for people to understand these things. I find it really hard too. I understand :')
