Overcoming Something

I used to be so anxious and so nervous about certain things. There are so many things that are genuinely bothering me. So many "what ifs" in my mind. I tried so many natural remedies but none of them last or truely worked. I realized something. What can really help us is to open the door of hearts, and let "acceptance" in. Let acceptance heal the wounds and scars we're hiding for a very long time. Accept and start over. There's nothing wrong on accepting things are going that or this way. And there's nothing wrong with being happy. We all deserve it.

Acceptance is key yet hard to accept itself.

Finding peace and closure in that which can't be changed controlling only what's yours too is a blessing found within such challenge
