My friends ignore me
We were a group of 3 and we were great buddies. One of them always depended on me to do everything, may it be going to the washroom or even talking to new people. So i stayed with her and didnt make a group of new friends. The clingy one found another one. So we 3 became friends. However, when we took part to volunteer in our university's fest, we volunteered in different departments. I slowly lost contact with them but still used to try to catch up. Once the fest was over after 2 months of preparation, they both suddenly started ignoring me. I have no idea what i have done to be ignored. They treated me like i dont exist. But then they act all friendly when others are around. I dont get it. Our new academic year is about to begin and i dont know whether i shld talk to them or just ignore them. How do i deal with such people. They are gullible and dumb plus they propagate their opinion to others too. Help
@Lemonlilies2536 Just remember it's not good to stay in toxic relationships!:) Do what you think is best! You know them better than we do love:)

Hello! Based on the way you describe these people, it doesn't really sound like you actually want to be friends with them anymore. It's ok to be distant with some people, not all relationships last. If they aren't making you feel happy and included, they may not be being very good friends. However, if you did want to try, I would suggest telling them how you've been feeling by pulling them aside in one of the group settings you described. Communication is always key.
Sometimes people just find persons that they relate to a bit better, be a freind, say Hi and look for more persons to be friends with. You can't have too many friends, and believe me, having no friends is awful.
