...See more I'm really hoping that in a month or so I can look back on this and see that everything is going to be fine. Going back to school in my family is one of the roughest times of the year. My brother has depression and often times school triggers bouts of darkness for him. I don't want to get to detailed, but for the past four years hes ended up back in a mental hospital time and time again. Not only does he have his struggles, but both of my parents have PTSD. All combined this creates and explosive and stressful environment. Things tend to calm down during the summer, but they're back again with full force by the time autumn returns. I don't think I can do it all over again this year. It's so exhausting.
Anyone else?

...See more One thing I know a lot of people struggle with is not being able to stop thinking about the past. Whether it be a moment that brought guilt, embarrassment, or pain, brains seem to like to remind us that it happened. However when I think of these moments, I often get sudden uncontrollable movements or I make odd noises. One time I was reminded of a time I felt trapped and my fist thumped my chest without me telling it to. Other times I'll be out with other people and I'll squeak or cry out because I thought of something I did. Is this normal? How can I control these things?
