I feel like I can
Hi
I've had anxiety for about 4 years.
I have panic attacks a lot - recently they've been shorter than usual and less frequent
However, my anxiety has been generally quiet bad - I've been in a lot of pain (physically) and I've constantly felt like I can't breathe.
Now, I'm worried because schools in a few weeks and it's only going to get worse once school starts.
I'm not allowed to go to therapy anymore because my parents don't believe that I have anxiety nor believe in mental health issues.
Ive tried a range of things to help as suggested per school councillor (breathing, grounding, music, meditation, exercise etc.) and just online research but it's not helping at all and idk what to do.
Perhaps, would anyone have any useful tools to help them with anxiety ?

Have you been able to learn what is causing your anxiety? I know that this has been a big help to me - just being able to identify those things that trigger my anxiety. Even if I'm not at a point of resolving my triggers, knowing what is making me feel bad is a good start, and now I'm learning why I feel like I do and can start to feel better about things.
@thoughtfulmomma
yes, sorry.
i am aware of things that are triggering my anxiety. i'm just having a hard time managing it idk
theres quite a few things - i suffer from a lot of social anxiety and it pretty much is affecting every aspect of my life, inlcuding my family and friends etcccc.
thanks for your tip though x it is much appreciated
