Anxiety Overload

Does anyone else feel like you are two different people? I always think my "normal" head and my "anxiety" head is two different things, like the good and bad version of myself almost. This week I've really been struggling with my anxiety and I have just been irritable for no reason. Like really irritable. I know im taking things out on my partner and that he must be kinda fed up of me by now. I'm constantly worrying about how my relationships going, if I'm missing anything, I'm worried so much about messing it up that I think that's what makes me mess it up. I just want a break from my brain at the minute.

I feel like that all the time to.. Constant juggling of thoughts

@littleMap1862 anxiety works differently for everyone. People take it differently at different phases of their life, So, we have to tackle it smartly no matter what happens.

Technically my brain hasn't stopped developing yet so fingers crossed I'll almost grow out of it haha!
