Hello, here are some ways to cope when you are under lots of stress and are feeling anxious!

* Take a time out try doing something relaxing, stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.

* Eat a balanced diet, stay healthy self care should never be forgotten and food is a good supply for energy.
* Limit caffeine and alcohol, it can aggravate you and trigger panic attacks during times you are under too much stress.
* Sleep well, when you are under pressure your body needs extra snooze and break.
* Exercise daily, this can keep you motivated and maintain good health, as well as keep you busy and not fall into a rut of laziness.
* Try your best, don't aim for perfection, which is an impossible target, be proud of how close you get, everyday is a new day to make progress.
* Accept that you cannot control everything, put your stress into prospective is it really as bad as you think? Will this affect your future? What action are you willing to take?
* Embrace humour, a good laugh can go a long way.

To talk to someone I love and trust is the best way to reduce anxiety. During periods of anxiety I start visiting gym regularly. And the last but not the least, listening to my favorite music has a positive effect on my anxiety. Several supplements are used to reduce stress and anxiety. Here is a brief overview of some of the most common ones:

Ashwagandha is an herb used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat stress and anxiety. Several studies suggest that it's effective.

Green tea has many polyphenol antioxidants, which provide health benefits. It may help stress and anxiety by increasing serotonin levels.

Valerian root is a popular sleep aid due to its tranquilizing effect. It contains valerenic acid, which alters GABA receptors to lower anxiety.

Kava-kava is a psychoactive member of the pepper family. It has long been used as a sedative in the South Pacific and is increasingly used in Europe and the US to treat mild stress and anxiety .

Some supplements can interact with medications or have side effects, so you may want to consult with a doctor if you have a medical condition.
