Bugs and the dark. But I'm working on that.
Fear of being misunderstood... I have no choice than to silence myself sometimes, as I worry too hard about people's reactions to me... most of the time I open my mouth within a group people don't know what to say which makes me awkward and even more ashamed of the mess that I am.. Gosh, I hate myself.
I have several??
Like a phobia of ants, which is really bad in spring and summer because they're everywhere
And a fear of the ocean and deep water?
And a fear of making mistakes I can't fix
And a fear that people will hear me breathing which really sucks, because sometimes I just can't breathe
I have severe claustrophobia, even watching videos of people in tight spaces makes my stomach knot up and my hands sweat. I also have a huge fear of thunderstorms, I had a pretty terryfing experience when I was a child while living overseas. Ever since, storms make me cry, and hide.
I used to have a really bad phobia of screaming and I would have panick attacks every time I heard it whether it be a scream of pain or just someone being silly in the school playground, sometimes I would throw up from it. But I have so much more control over it now, I still get uncomfortable when I hear a painful scream but I dont panick as much as I would before. I feel proud of myself for being able to overcome this.
I have cauldrophobia. It is a fear of clowns. When It (the movie) came out I couldn't watch commercials. Same with commercials for Knott's Scary Farm.
J'ai peur d'être seule dans une foule de personnes inconnues.
