I had a panic attack

so my mom got a letter from school saying that I hadn't turned in work from when I had missed school and she grounded me so I can watch TV or be on my phone and I shouldn't be on my computer either but I really just needed to talk about this.
the next day after I got grounded I got back a math test that I was sure I was gonna get a good grade at the very least a 2.5 probably a 3 but I got a two and all that morning my anxiety was through the roof and I started crying a little bit a couple times but when I saw the grade I broke down and started sobbing and a friend took me outside i was just sitting there sobbing and i just couldn't catch my breath then my face got all tingly i think i was sitting there for 5 min before i could breath normally and stop crying.
i think that was my second panic attack because i had one in 4th grade when i got an office referral for not talking to a teacher because i was upset. this school year just has been so hard for me and grades suck and drama. i really need help but i don't know how to ask and my mom she just has such high expectations form me and ever since middle school i stopped meeting those standards and life just really really sucks right now.

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're under a lot of pressure, and it makes sense that everything is piling up and feeling overwhelming. Having a panic attack is scary, and when it happens because of stress, school, and expectations, it can feel like there's no way out.
