Helping to cope with panic attacks

I always find this helps when I suffer from a panic attack or feel panicked.

Follow this simple rule:

Take a deep breath in for 6 seconds

Hold it for 7

Breath out for 8 seconds

Continue until you feel calmer, hope this helps anyone :)

If anyone else has any suggestions on how to help cope with panic attacks please add to this. :)
