trying to let myself relax at home
some days ago when i first joined, i was seeking advice for dealing with extreme health anxiety that was causing me physical symptoms (such as slight nausea, difficulty sleeping, and aches and pains in my upper body; especially my chest, ribs, and arms). im still dealing with this anxiety, but im not sure it's healrg anxiety anymore. i know nothing is seriously wrong with me because any time im outside, or away from home for a while, i feel much more relaxed and my anxiety doesn't flare up- until i come home. now, being at home, especially in my room for too long, is making my anxiety flare back up like some kind of association trigger. i recently got hired for a job, and im hoping being out more often will help me, but im still hoping to find other solutions, as seeking a prescription for medication won't be possible for a while until i can get the money to do so.

well , i am not sure of other things , but have you tried keeping your hands on you heart and taking deep breadths/ putting ice pack wrapped in cloth on heart, it usually helps with slowing down heart rate that brings down anxiety and also helps sleep. Speaking of sleep , if you have cold environment around you it helps you sleep better . either keep environment cold or drink water to lose excess heat. if not icepack, a cold water might do the trick or a packet ice-candy.
