What little habits do you have when you're anxious?

Hello everyone! I'm curious: what little habits or actions do you find yourselves doing when you're feeling anxious? Personally, I often catch myself twirling my hair and occasionally even pulling at it🤣. How about you?😁

I clasp my hands together really tight and if I'm sitting, I bounce my legs

I have a habit of closing one eye or blinking really fast when I’m anxious in a social environment
