Two Ways to Overcome Your Anxiety in Seconds

1. Deep Breathing Exercise: Take a moment to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for four, and then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. Repeat this a few times to help calm your nervous system.
2. Grounding Technique: Quickly bring yourself back to the present by using your senses. Identify five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This can help distract your mind from anxious thoughts.
