Panic attacks and overthinking.
So today I had 4 panic attacks in school and I would like to overcome them. When they happen I’m usually told to step outside. This sort it helps because I have a quiet space to calm myself down. But it doesn’t help because people give me odd looks. I have tried deep breathing and fidget toys. They help a lot xx

Hi Feebster. Panic attacks can be horribly frightening and exhausting to experience, and you’ve had 4 of them in a row. I’m sorry. Sounds like while having the space to calm down helps, there’s also people around who don’t seem to understand and look at you oddly. It’s great that you want to overcome these panic attacks, it’s good you’re determined to move through this and have tried deep breathing and fidget toys that help you! What else have you tried to cope with the attacks? Also, when have you noticed they start - is there a trigger (external or internal)?
In one of my classes I sit next to this girl who is friends with my best friend. My best friend has been doing sh and it got rlly bad. So that is sort of like a trigger for me x
i don’t have fidget toys on me usually idk why lol and when I’m doing the breathing technique it only works if the person helping me is also doing it so I don’t feel alone x
