Hey all, new here! Eliza, f, 39(ish) 😆, married. I have BP 1. It’s been rough but I’m finally getting regulated—mostly. By now, though, I’ve pretty much lost all my relationships d/t my actions and words in manic states—so here I am. NTMU all!

@BeautifulCurse Hello Eliza, Welcome to 7 Cups. I am glad you are here with us and doing better with your bipolar disorder. Losing relationships due to your manic episodes can take a toll on one's life. What kinds of things did you do or say during those times that affected your relationships?
