Something that helps me feel better is walking by the ocean, I can sort my emotions and be at peace with the sound of the waves crashing. I hope you have something that helps you when you're feeling down and if not then we can try to find out :) Is there something that you can do now that will help you feel a bit better?
aw thank you so much for these suggestions 💜 I do feel like going on walks and being in nature really helps me when I’m feeling down
also listening to some calming music may help

There are times when it is sad but everyone has difficult times, they approach but what can be done, just thinking about failure feels bad but thinking that everything will be fine, the mind should always be happy To avoid getting depressed, something that lifts my spirits are animals like dogs and cats
