Exam anxiety
Hi everyone. I guess we all face this during the phase of exams . It is considered normal when we are able to handle the situation and experience some anxiety. But not normal when the levels are high.
To get rid of this high level of anxiety, we need to start looking at things we are avoiding in terms of academics and consider taking more time to learn.
Start making a schedule for yourself. Take time to study.
There is no other solution to exam anxiety. Just study.

I guess at the end of the day, somethings just need to be done, by hook or by crook, as they say!
"Only way out is through" applies so well with exams too. If it's important enough, feeling anxious is only natural, which is also a sign, to try harder, and give it your best shot.
