Crystal collecting
I have severe anxiety unfortunately. I am on meds and they definitely work wonders. I also collect crystals which also seem to help. I know eveohas different beliefs or whatnot when it comes to that kind of thing but it's cool.

ive been fascinated with crystals but don't know much about them 😅 what kind of crystals do you collect and in what way do you feel it helps you with anxiety? if you'd like to share more.
Well to be honest I'm not exactly sure how i feel they help with my anxiety but I have definitely a lot I'll say that I have amethyst black tourmaline lepidolite (one I use for my anxiety) etc
