I figured it out .
Lately I’ve been doing so good with my anxiety. I found out that I barely had any energy and I needed vitamins. I started taking vitamin B12 and it helps me a lot, since I also am anemic. For stress and anxiety I started taking Ashwagandha. Boy, have they helped me out so much. I’ve been able to take the B12 in the morning and the Ashwagandha at around 5pm or 6pm to sleep really good throughout the night. I started off with small dosages, not the recommended on the bottle since I didn’t know how my body would react to it. Thankfully they both helped me so much. I don’t feel groggy or without energy anymore. I feel really good.
