Can anyone help with anxiety?
I overthink all the time about current things going on in my life, in the world we live in, or about things in my past and sometimes it gets out of control. I don't really know any ways to stop thinking about bad things or how to stop overthinking/fear/anxiety. I have been trying to focus on the more positive aspects of my life and if anyone has any tips at all for managing anxiety or fears please let me know! Thank you so much!
