Anxiety can be mean
Hiya everyone! I just wanted to talk about my anxiety and how i deal with it. Anxiety is kinda like snow falling you dont know when it’ll happen, it just does. During the “snow falls” its easier for me to take rein and calm myself down, but sometimes there can be avalanches and everything comes crashing down. Anxiety has a mind if its own, it can be very mean and i personally hate when my anxiety spikes. When my anxiety spikes thats when i start stressing and panicking, once i start panicking all these other different things start to spike too. One thing i have to do is try to calm myself down so i lay down and close my eyes, i interlock my hands together and lay them on my chest and i start doing 1-5 in and out deep breaths, sometimes it takes longer then other times but it seems to help me out

Hey it’s good that you have a way to calm yourself down during that. Honestly I’ve been looking for ways to calm down too, I hope it gets better for you! 😁
