...See more i recently realized that my mind is just blank a lot of the time. I never really thought about it or anything, but even when I’m talking I’m not really thinking. I kinda just talk, i don’t think I just speak. It’s the same for most things I do, I don’t really think about it I just do it. If someone asks me something and I don’t know, I “think of an answer but really i just wait for a response to just come to me. I just sit there basically waiting and not even thinking about the question. Can anyone help me? I don’t know what to think about this

...See more I’m 17, I have bad social anxiety and tend to overthink a lot. I have no clue how to talk to people even over text, I try my best but it seems to not rlly work out most the time. I kinda just want to be able to talk to someone who can understand that and still want to talk with me. I just overthink and feel like nobody actually wants to talk to me, and I can’t just be honest and say that because I don’t want to drive people away. If you want to be friends or anything then I’d like to.
