What would you be doing if there was nothing at all to worry about?
Do that.
I am learning that worry is the most futile of our emotions. It solves nothing and adds no value to anything. Its like a dummy emotion that causes havoc in our systems.
So since it is pointless to worry, let's leave it aside and do what we would be doing if we didn't have to worry in the first place.
Might take a little game of pretend initially but it soon becomes natural. This is especially useful for us struggling with anxiety.
Happy doing what we really wanted to do before anxiety took centre stage.
We got this. Anxiety is fading into the background. It will soon be nothing but a foggy, distant memory.
