Hello I'm new and I'm board. I'm autistic and have a learning disability. I need to move and be active but can't find a way. My minds here there everywhere. I can't focus on eating let alone TV or games. I'm board but can't focus enough be not board. I have mobility problems and am stuck I'm my room mostly all the time. I do have a wheelchair. I need to move, I need to move, I need to move! Anyone have any good ways to move with limted mobility?

same problems have wheelchair and learning now walker with seat can put up down but moving go on walks and swing outside and soon will start swimming and sensory gym have things climb and stuff safe if fall because soft mats and things under ! Also play soccer with my brothers they help me but fun still kick the ball and very good goalie 😃lot of things can do !
