Porn Detox

This is just an open diary to myself to get some feelings and thoughts out.

So I'm about to go on a porn detox due to some ED issues that have been popping up. 

I think the thought scares me because porn has always been my safe place.  It's always been there when times are tough since I was young.

I don't see myself quitting 100%, and I've definitely been on stints where I've gone a few days without looking at it without thinking about it, but now just ACTIVELY thinking about not watching porn feels physically stressful.  

However my wife and I are trying to have a kid, and I'm having trouble performing.  So I have to do what is best for me and my wife and my future family.  

I've cut an alcohol addiction in the past, so I'm no stranger to quitting addictions.  Just gotta get through the first couple of days.
