Shadow people
My husband just left me and our kids because he got high on meth calling me a liar. Says I have people standing outside our house talking about him. I don't know how to explain it to him that he's hearing things. People have better things to do with their lives than to sit outside our house and talk about him . He asks me about it and when I tell him nothing is going on he calls me a liar. So what's the point in asking me if he's not going to believe me

I'm sorry you're going through this but at least you know it's the drug talking, not him. I hope he gets help soon.
@redMoon5704 I'm not an expert, but my understanding is that delusions—experiencing things that don't exist, and hearing people who don't exist talking about you—are typical symptoms of some fairly common mental illnesses. These illnesses can usually be treated very effectively with medication, but meth is not the right medication.
So I think it's difficult to know whether your husband is experiencing delusions because of the meth, or using meth to try and medicate away the delusions. As he's just left you, I suppose you are powerless to get him any medical help, and maybe he would be suspicious of help anyway.
In some places there are authorities that will take someone into their care if they become severely ill like this. For example, here in the UK there would be a local number to call and discuss the situation. Alternatively, if you were able to speak to a doctor yourself, you might be able to learn more about what your options are.
