Addicted to using the phone obviously internet mostly mental health apps I use to cope with my mental health problems.... Any help?

Addiction is a form of distraction. Perhaps knowing what are we trying to distract ourselves, may help you find solution that fits you best 💜

Yep I know what I'm trying to distract myself from but there is no solution :(

I'm aware that addiction is tough ♡ but awareness sounds like a great start to overcome it.

There's some level of anxiety there when the crave is unmet. And it somehow a built habit. I have a post about breaking the habit here would love to hear your thoughts. 💜

Perhaps from a task that is difficult? Will breaking it down to really small. May seem really insignificant towards your progress but it might help you break into it. Recently I was stuggling with filing in forms to get my money reimbursed. I tried to set the task really small like just reading the form. It help me feel more helpful with being able to complete the task.
