ah such a good question. getting up and physically moving, and working out or even stretching, although so difficult to make myself do breaks up the nagging thoughts and helps me clear my head

Staying focused on something that means a lot to you helps too! Like something creative or something that enables you to stay productive :)
Regarding self-care, I love to sit quietly and enjoy being alone and with nature around me.
