I'm aware that these aren't fully on topic though, so starting a thread in this category would be a great idea. To do that, you'll need to get a forum mentor on board (I would love to help you get this off the ground, but the age divide means that we can't discuss this in PMs)

I found the website rowboatandmarbles super helpful from an educational standpoint in understanding the addiction and in learning what another addict did to find recovery.

I've also seen the SA website (it's a .org I think) that I believe links to resources and tools (as well as 12 Step group meetings across the country. I don't know how much it has on international, although they posted last year for the International SA conference held in Israel).

A friend of mine has these resources posted up, that are access to the recordings from various SA conferences across the US.
