My favorite way to spend the evening is relaxing and reading a good book. I also like to meditate to clear my mind before sleeping. Additionally, I also do calming yoga to relax my body in the evening times ❤️

No problem is too small! I've had so many people start a chat saying, "I know this is insignificant but", "this isn't important", etc. If it's enough to give you any mental burden no matter how small, feel free to talk about it. Our only reason for being here is to anonymously listen to people, regardless of the problem. A simple conversation can go a long way, and an "insignificant problem" can still be detrimental. If someone is willing to go online and speak to stranger for some piece of mind, I doubt it is as small as you externally make it out to be.

I’m quite a particular person and I prefer to work in controlled environments away from certain distractions. I curate my work space to be whatever is motivating to me at that time for that particular task. Sometimes I’m in my room with all the lights off and essential oils, sometimes I’m in a coffee shop taking in the aroma and busy bodies surrounding me, other times it’s extra care in the AM to enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the sunrise in silence. Overall, creating an environment that I want to be in and makes me feel productive is how I get motivated for difficult tasks.
