7 Cups Academy Emails Information: Are you getting your academy emails?
Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well. From time to time interns/trainees report not getting acceptance or other such emails from us. I am writing this post to clarify how to go about this.
Firstly 95% of the time, the email sits in your spam. So please check spam before reaching out. You will find it there in most cases. If you want to prevent emails from going to spam then please check this article.
You can reach out to the admin or ambassador overseeing the program you applied for to get the email you need to white list (if you choose to do that). Or you can also just PM me and I will provide you the email you need to whitelist depending on the program you have applied for/enrolled in. Only do this step if you have an issue with emails going to spam, otherwise, there is no need.
Now for the 5% who are not even finding the email in spam, please reach out to the admin/ambassador who sends acceptance emails for the program and provide a different email. We will forward the emails to your new email.
It is worth noting that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are receiving the emails. If you do not get trial end or program end reminders because you have not been checking emails/reaching out if not getting them, then that will not be considered a valid excuse.
Emails you can expect to receive:
Acceptance email - sent 1-2 days before the start date
Resource Emails - provides you with important links
Important Dates email (only for internship)
Two-week trial ending reminder - sent 3-4 days before your trial is set to end
Last step/final eval reminder email - sent 1-2 weeks before your end date.

@Hope I did. I start tomorrow but no one wants seems to want to send me what I need. I understand that there are time differences and people live in other countries, but there should be little bit more promptness on peoples parts. I've been waiting since early yesterday morning.
