Reviews and Ratings. How to get them? Tips Please.
I get reviews sometimes. But how do I get them frequently? I'll love to receive them after each chat. Especially when the users are complimenting me at the end of our sessions. Why aren't they leaving that feedback in the reviews? I'll be happy if you can give me a few tips and pointers. 👌
@HipsterChic There are two things that help.
One is, you can ask every member to give you a written review, just a few words.
The other is, remember to press the End Live Chat button at the end of each chat. If you are using the app, however, I'm not certain that this button exists.
Although you might love to receive reviews, there is a down side. Members might think their reviews are confidential, but 7 Cups publishes the positive ones! Members sometimes feel betrayed if they think you are using them to achieve status. So I think you have to be a little cautious.
