Hello everyone! I am excited to share that the academy leadership team has a few new additions. Academy mentors are a very important part of our leadership structure. A brief note to Hanna (@positivePumpkin22): In various brief interactions in different roles through the years, you always showed a sunny disposition and willingness to help, like enjoying the interchange as an opportunity in itself. Now you joined as QLP mentor with the same zest for helping students move forward, with your proactive, enthusiastic, humane, knowledgeable, and clever interventions. As time passes, you have accumulated experience in many significant roles and teams, but you preserve all that same energy, that freshness, spontaneity and the joy of reaching out to other people like on your first day.
On a "productivity" level, this is the kind of influence that makes things happen, that makes students graduate and enjoy the Program. So it is great luck and privilege that you joined us. You are already one of the mainstays of the team and your influence on the productivity of the process will be felt.
On the other hand, how wonderful having you as a teammate! Every interaction with you is a pleasure and we understand each other in a snap. I wish to thank you for being here, it really makes a great difference to me.
