Weekly Group Support Open Letter- Week of March 09
Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well and if something might not work, you are not alone. We are here with you.
Before we look at what we did in the last week, I want us to try solution-focused problem-solving. No matter what problem you are experiencing, I ask you to give this technique a try. Here is a template for you all to use!!
- Step 1) Problem (try to say/ note it as simple and clear as possible)
- Step 2) Solution (the opposite of the problem)
- Step 3) Key Steps to Achieve Solution
- Step 4) 1-10 rating of the problem (1 is really not good and 10 is great)
- Current rating: X
- Due date check-in (rate problem again on a 1-10 scale): Y
Here is an example and detailed post shared by Glen
I like everyone to try this technique to solve any problem and share your experiences, questions, thoughts on it in the comments of this post. We will discuss it together and figure out things. You are also welcome to drop me a message and I will be glad to discuss with you 1-1 as well.

- @GodOnlyKnows51 - 51 is the most outgoing person I have ever met. She is very helpful. She is very kind and very sweet. She is very understanding. She is very Professional. She cares about others. She is a very hard worker.
- @CommunityModTaylor - They were very supportive and listened to what I was saying. They were super supportive and it really made me feel better. They are amazing and they deserve some appreciation. They work really hard and they are really busy, but that is because they are working busy keeping this place lovely, safe, and supportive. They ask really good, caring questions and it really shows they care. I just want them to know how much I love them and appreciate them listening and being there for me. It means a lot and their such kindness really shows through the things they say and do ๐
