Weekly Group Support Open Letter- Week of Feb 17
Hello everyone,
I hope you all are doing well. How was the weekend?
A big thanks to each one of you for always showing up during our weekly chat, 1-1 or discussions proactively. It is always a pleasure to see you and know your preferences. You all are amazing. Patience and determination are wonderful traits you all have. I am glad I got the chance to meet and get to know you as well as working together.
Great, so lets check what we did and accomplished together last week!
1) We completed 104 member discussions during the week. In case you missed them and want to join them, please check the Community Calendar for the scheduled discussions and details.-
In case, you finding it difficult to enter the room, then check the requirements to join rooms here.
And if you have the requirements but wondering when our rotational rooms are opened, then please check the schedule here!
2) We updated the Emergency Form as per our discussion and suggestion in the Weekly Community Chat. If you haven't joined our Weekly Community Discussion yet, then please do and join us to solve the problems together. You can join me every Sunday in ASilentObservers Office at 1 am ET.
3) We heard you and added Table of Contents and Chat Support Request Form in the Chat Support FAQs Document. You can find this under Listener Chat room rules at the end. I hope it solves the problem of scrolling and finding specific and common scenarios on which you need support or some resources that might help you to have a better chat with our members to support them.
Other improvement plans are in-progress. We will continue to address all our concerns one by one with group discussion and team efforts. Thank you for your patience and for being with us.

@ASilentObserver Yo just a question (Bit unrelated) but is there any way to become a listener if you have no social media?
@AlphaPheonix4720 yes you can sign up for listening. No social media account needed. :)
If you are an adult and want to listen to teens you might need to have social media.
@kindSoul10 I tried and it kept saying that I needed to input a social media thing like a facebook account or something so it could "verify" me.
@AlphaPheonix4720 hm. Where did you try to create a listener account?
I didn't try it but this might happen if you are younger than 18 years old. You can email community@7cups.com and explain you don't have social media accounts and ask how to continue with the sign-up process.
