I also like Footless Jo, she has some great shorts which are fun and informative.

Rehmann. Sick of Silence - A Swissgerman podcast that contains interviews with people with all different kinds of illnesses and disabilities.

Well, this list got longer than I expected... But maybe someone will find a YouTube channel or podcast that helps them as well, which would be great!
