When was the last time you felt confident and pretty good with your mental health? What can you do to feel good about your emotional health?
So what is confidence? Confidence is believing in yourself, no matter what anyone else thinks. It's standing up proudly, looking people in the eye and saying "Yes, I can do it!" and believing it! What is stopping you from being confident? Did someone tell you that you are not enough? Did someone tell you that you are not beautiful? Who are these people that can judge you! Why do you let them judge you? Are they better than you? Do they deserve happiness and positivity more than you? I don't think so! Don't let people eclipse what you need! You are more than enough and I am so grateful to have you here! Gaining confidence is not an easy task and it takes a lot of time, but that doesn't mean it's impossible! What we think in our minds will eventually become what we believe. This is why it is so important that we start saying positive things about ourselves many times each and every day. Choose two or three statements and repeat them to yourself throughout the day. Surround yourself with people who support you and want to help you become a better person! I am sure you got this and there is hope!

I briefly felt comfy with my mental health a week ago. I'm trying to get back to expressing what I need to. What can I do for my emotional health? Probably balance things more
Brief windows are important. I hope that you get continued stability this week. @Torean

Hi, Bunny,
The last time I remember feeling good about my mental health was about 40 years ago. At the time, I eliminated anything and everything that was negative from my life. I'd like to do that again.
What kinds of negative things would you like to eliminate?@purpleTree4652
@bestVase7265,
the last toxic member of my family, both of my jobs, my poverty, my mental health, the state i live in, my car
I'm working on eliminating all of those things but it will take time.
One at a time. Which one would you like to work on first?@purpleTree4652
@bestVase7265
I'm looking for a new job and working on my application for grad school. I also work on improving my mental health daily. Those things will take care of the other things.
Sounds awesome! Keep up the good work. @purpleTree4652

Thanks for asking, Vase! :)

The last time i felt confident about my mental health was prolly like 7 years ago when i was clueless to adulthood. It wasn't bad as when things taken the turn for worse.
For present, it's just okay? Like hanging by a thread or I'm keeping it at bay by actively avoiding it. I try to fix one thing then another goes bad. My mental health need professional help but first I need to fix things in my life then i might get time to fix my mental health. Tho psychology really helped me out understanding myself and my mental health way better than i did and i actively try to be better. Till then, it's just okay. And to be honest, I'm content with it.
I was believing in myself a few days ago until my fridge broke on mother's day and my emotions just went out the window. I got kinda tipsy and said some thing I shouldn't of to the people I love. Now I am not doing well at all and I don't know if it's fixable but I feel terrible that it is a recurring event.
❤️ Another inspiring and fabulous post from an incredible bunny! Thank you for your great work ❤️

The last time I felt confident and pretty good with my mental health was today actually. It's rare but I got the week off of work because I had a cold. I spent my free time not pushing myself to do anything unnecessary and let myself actually rest for once and it was amazing. I felt better and it made me feel more confident in who I am. I felt pretty good overall.
What I can do in the future to gain confidence and feel good about my emotional health is to be patient. I think a part of what brings us down is feeling like we have to work all the time and not being patient at all with anything. Life and society nowadays has become about living in fear and anxiety which enhances our depression. To make sure our emotional health is optimal we have to slow down and learn to let go of what is outside of our control. We will feel better and more confident.
What do you mean "the last time"? I feel like that every second of my life
Pretty good and confident is excellent.@limeOcean5805
