When was the last time you felt confident and pretty good with your mental health? What can you do to feel good about your emotional health?
So what is confidence? Confidence is believing in yourself, no matter what anyone else thinks. It's standing up proudly, looking people in the eye and saying "Yes, I can do it!" and believing it! What is stopping you from being confident? Did someone tell you that you are not enough? Did someone tell you that you are not beautiful? Who are these people that can judge you! Why do you let them judge you? Are they better than you? Do they deserve happiness and positivity more than you? I don't think so! Don't let people eclipse what you need! You are more than enough and I am so grateful to have you here! Gaining confidence is not an easy task and it takes a lot of time, but that doesn't mean it's impossible! What we think in our minds will eventually become what we believe. This is why it is so important that we start saying positive things about ourselves many times each and every day. Choose two or three statements and repeat them to yourself throughout the day. Surround yourself with people who support you and want to help you become a better person! I am sure you got this and there is hope!

When was the last time you felt confident and pretty good with your mental health? What can you do to gain your confidence and feel good about your emotional health?
The last time i felt confident and pretty good was actually today ☺️ What helped me feel confident was going to the gym even though i didn't feel up to it i pushed myself and it made me feel really good when i got there. It helped me with my emotional health because when i got there i was determined to stay for awhile and get my workout done :)
Quite the accomplishment. You should be proud of yourself. @CalmWaves3939
It was when I was working at a summer camp over the summer, I was super happy working with the kids
When can you get a chance to work with kids again? @Lizziebizzie339
