5 Things that I’d do for a better mental health :

  1. Sleep: Having a proper 7-8 hour sleep helps me manage my stress well, and keeps me calm!
  2. Time off social media: Keeping myself away from the phone, and using the extra ‘me time’ I got for hobbies and passions.
  3. Exercise and healthy diet: Working out releases serotonin which uplifts my mood and helps me stay happy throughout the day!! and eating a balanced diet helps me stay fit and energetic!
  4. Practice gratitude and forgiveness: I take out time to be thankful for every small or big thing I am blessed with, my friends, my family, and to forgive everyone around me, including myself, if things didn’t go the way it was supposed to go!
  5. Help others: I take time out to help other in need, be it my irl friends and family, or my small family here at 7cups! It makes me happy when I feel that I’m making a difference.
