Recovery Awareness Event Day One

Reaching out is very important in the recovery process. You don't have to do recovery alone. Almost everyone has an addiction of some sort. A problem said out loud is a problem cut in half. During the recovery process some people build an army and some people just have that special someone that helps them through their recovery with not only supportive words but assertiveness.

Activity: This is an easy one. Show appreciation to fellow listeners, members, or anyone outside of the 7cups community by listing three words of their personality traits that stand out to you the most through your recovery.
